Exchange 2010 Std - Public Folders - "Multiple MAPI public folder trees were found" error.
I uninstalled Exchage 2000 from an old server, demoted it and removed it from a single domain site, I then promoted a new Dell server (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1) as a DC to this domain. Then installed Exchange 2010 Std. with SP1. Installation went great. I then created a Public folder database which mounted fine. However, clents do not see the public folder. When I go the the Public Folder Management and select either "Public Folder" or "System Folder" I get a "Multiple MAPI public folder trees were found" error. I have checked the default public folder setting and used asdiedit and checked for multiple msExchPFTTreeType objects but can only find one. Infact there is only one "Public Folders" objects under Configuration, Services, Microsoft Exchange, First Organization, Administration Groups, Exchange Administration Group, Folder Hierarchies object. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Thanks in advance for your time!

No, only CN=Exchange Administrative Group. However I have CN=Active Directory Connections and CN=First Organization objects under CN=CN=Microsoft Echange. the "Active Directory Connections has no objects under it. My test server does NOT have this object.
